A small space on the ground floor of the Conrad Etihad Towers Hotel is the chosen venue for José Pizarro’s first venture outside London but, instead of adopting a similarly rustic look for his tapas bar, the designers have used plenty of marble to create a more elegant environment. The small sharing plates include great anchovies, satisfying meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce and the unmissable chocolate pot.
